With the above arrangement debts were impaired to creditors by 40% (“haircut”), agreed to pay the remaining 60% over six (6) years with monthly interest-free and consecutive payments, also agreed grace period of one (1) year. For non-signatories creditors the ban on individual prosecutions still maintained for a period of four (4) years.
