Thessaloniki Court of First Instance, through its no.10217/2019 judgement, ratified the resolution agreement of the largest electrical equipment company in Northern Greece. The agreement provides for the devaluation of unsecured creditors’ claims by 90% and the extension of bank loaning along with drastic reduction of interest rate.
