Thessaloniki Administrative Court of First Instance, through its no. 5801/2019 judgement, upheld an opposition filed by our principal (former president and managing director of a company limited by shares) against the Independent Authority of Public Revenue and annulled a cash order for a dept of 15.732.474,54€.
