Rhodes Court of First Instance, through its no.125/2020 judgement, recalled a judgement according to which a company limited by shares active in commercial exploitation of hotels and immovable property was subject to special management, on the ground that new facts emerged. This is the first judgement with equivalent content which has been delivered since the entry into force of the specific law.
