Argiris Argyriadis is a lawyer, qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece. He has been a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2000 and a lawyer in England
and Wales (Solicitor of the Supreme Court in England & Wales) since 2001. He specializes in commercial, tax and financial criminal cases.Additionally, he is an Accredited Mediator and Certified Insolvency Administrator by the Hellenic Ministry of Justice, an Accredited Member of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution (USA) and a Certified Member of the English ADR Group (Accredited Member). Furthermore, he is a member of the Northern Hellenic Law Association (ENOVE), the Association of Greek Commercialists, the International Bar Association and the INSOL
Europe, the European organization of professionals specializing in insolvency and business reconstruction and recovery. After graduating from the Law School of AUTH, he continued with his postgraduate studies in Commercial & Financial Law at the same university. He obtained his Master’s Degree with distinction. Following this, he performed master’s studies in Banking & Finance Law at the University of London (Queen Mary College). His postgraduate studies include also specialization in i) tax Law (Athens University of Economics and Business) and ii) Tourism Business Administration (Hellenic Open University). He has worked as a Special Advisor at the Ministry of Macedonia and Thrace (2000) and as a Legal Advisor at the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2001-2004). Since September 2020 he has been a member of the Insolvency Committee of the Hellenic Ministry of Justice. Alexandra Tzelidis is a lawyer, a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association. She specializes in commercial, banking and civil law matters.

She graduated from the Law Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained a Masters Degree in Commerce & Economics , with honors.

From the first day of her cooperation with the “Argyriades Law Firm” she has been involved in complex corporate and banking law cases, gaining significant experience in both litigation and advisory law.

Aristea Christinaki is an Attorney at Law, a member of the Chania Bar Association since 2010, as a practicing lawyer and since 2012, as a Lawyer.

She studied at the Democritus University of Thrace (2006 – 2010), where she graduated in 2010 while continuing her postgraduate studies at the Kapodistrian University of Athens (2011 – 2013), receiving a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Law.
From the very first year of her practice she undertook the administrative monitoring of personal and capital companies and the handling of their corporate affairs, gaining considerable experience both in court practice and in counseling. She speaks English, French and Italian.

Konstantinos Zilfos has been a lawyer with the Appeal Court and a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2002.

He specializes in commercial and civil law matters.

He studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and did part of his studies at the Law School of the University of Bonn as a fellow of the Erasmus program.

He continued his postgraduate studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and received a Masters Degree in Commercial and Financial Law with an excellent degree.
He has been a legal adviser to the group of companies of “ASPIS HELLAS SA” (2009 -2012) and a member of the lawyers’ group of the publishing group of “MACEDONIAN PUBLISHING PRINTING SA” (2004 – 2015).

From 2017 until today she is an external partner – Lawyer of the Deposits and Loans Fund, in the Thessaloniki branch.

His presentations at AUTH conferences were published in the legal journal Pro Pro Justitia.

Loukia-Smaragda Alexandridou-Georgiou is a lawyer and a member of the Serres Bar Association since 2009. She studied at the Law Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. From 2013 until today, she is an external associate-lawyer of the Deposits and Loans Fund. She speaks English and holds an ECDL computer certificate.

Dimitra Dimitriou is a licensed Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court of Greece, registered with the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2010 (initially as a trainee lawyer, and as a qualified attorney since 2012).

She holds a Law Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2005–2010) and an LL.M. in Criminal and Criminological Sciences from the same institution, completed in 2013.

Her areas of practice include Civil Law (with a focus on Labour, Contract, and Banking Law) and Criminal Law.

She is fluent in English and holds an ECDL certification in computer literacy and office applications.

Maria Kaparou is a qualified Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Athens Bar Association since 2021.She graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics (Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program) at the University of Piraeus.She has been actively practicing law since 2021, with hands-on experience in civil and commercial law, enforcement of judgments, contract drafting and review, litigation, and legal representation before Greek courts.She has collaborated with the Athens-based law firm “P. Gerolymos – E. Papalabrou”, handling a broad range of legal matters both in advisory and litigation contexts.She is fluent in English (holder of the Michigan Proficiency Certificate – C2 level) and holds an ICT certification, with strong command of MS Office applications.

Eleni Skoura studied at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2021 as a practicing lawyer. In 2022-2023 he studied at
postgraduate study program of the University of Piraeus “The Financial and Institutional Framework of Money and Capital Markets”. During her studies she attended various seminars.
As part of her collaboration with the “Argyriadis Law Firm” since April 2023, she has dealt with a variety of legal cases, mainly related to the field of civil law. She speaks English
and holds an ECDL computer certificate.

Adamantia Diamantis studied at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from where she graduated in 2022. From 2023, she continues her studies at the same university, specifically in the Inter-Institutional Graduate Program “Economic Criminal Law”. In the context of her cooperation with “Argyriadis Law Firm” she has dealt with various legal cases, mainly in the field of Criminal Law.She speaks English and German.

Dimitra Kommata is a lawyer, a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, since 2023. She is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s Degree in the Department of Criminal and Criminological Sciences of the same University.In the context of her collaboration with “Argyriadis Law Firm”, she has handled both criminal and civil cases. She speaks English.

Maria Konstantina Kavadia studied at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, from where she graduated in 2023. From 2024, she continues her studies at the same university, specifically in the Master’s Program in Commercial Law, specializing in: “Intangible Goods and Competition” . She is a trainee lawyer at “A. A. Argyriadis & Associates Law Firm” since April 2024. She speaks English.

Dominiki Bitzidou studied at the Law School of the Demokrite University of Thrace. She is a trainee lawyer at “Argyriadis Law Firm”. She speaks English and German.

Eleni Pavlidou studied at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed part of her studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands, as a scholarship holder of the Erasmus program. She is a practicing lawyer at the “Argyriadis Law Firm” since September 2024 and a potential holder of the “GDPR Specialist and DPO Certificate”. She speaks English, German and Russian.

Vaia Sapountzi studied at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from where she graduated in 2024. She completed part of her studies at the Law School of the University of Groningen, as an Erasmus scholarship holder. She is a trainee lawyer at “Argyriadis Law Firm”. She speaks English, German and French and holds an ECDL computer certificate.

Athina Stavrou attended the Theological School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she graduated with honors in 2013. She is certified by the Institute for the Development of Employment Programs in Organization and Business Administration. She speaks English and has a basic knowledge of Italian.

Georgia Voyatzoglou is a graduate of the De La Salle Greek-French College, a graduate of the Department of Political Science & Public Administration at the University of Athens, a graduate of the Graduate School of Dramatic Arts with a Master’s Degree in Dramatic Art.

She was a partner and graphic designer of the Roi Mat adv ad until 2010.

She speaks English & French.
