With the no. 252/2018 decision of the Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki our client was declared not guilty initially charged with tax evasion in the form of inaccurate submission of a VAT declaration that exceeds the annual amount of 75.000 € and in particular amounted to 204.868,00 € in his capacity as President of the Sports Club Board.
