With the no. 3955/2018 decision of the Administrative Court of Thessaloniki the imposed Social Insurance Contributions for a total amount of 884.574 € were annulled in favor of our client. According to the aforementioned judgement, a decision of the Social Insurance Institution Committee which had deemed the above acts to be legally issued was declared void.
