With the no. 17/2018 decision of the Administrative Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki the execution of a decision of the Preliminary Appeal Review Authority has been suspended in favor our client regarding the conclusion of a public procurement contract for computers due to non-legitimate and insufficient reasoning.
