With the No. 721\/2013 First Instance Court of Kavalla decision an application for judicial setting and discharge of debts under Law 3869\/2010 (\u00abindebted households\u00bb) has been accepted in favor of our client.\u00a0\u00a0 The decision settled the debts of the applicant with a payment free period of eight years and exempted from the liquidation process his main residence.\u00a0\u00a0 At the same time the court ordered the liquidation of the remaining property of the applicant and appointed a liquidator.\u00a0 The court took into account the specific socio-economic conditions of the applicant (long-lasting, serious illness, insufficient income, etc.).
